Composting is an important kitchen process. Once I started composting our kitchen scraps (I stay in space with an incredible municipal compost program), we reduce our trash output by greater than half. Now, once I see a pure merchandise within the (landfill) trash bin in public—a flower stem, an orange rind, or stale bread—I can’t assist however suppose “what a waste.”
