Good Technique for Sanding Tight Curves

I construct a whole lot of furnishings with acute angles, which I form with rasps to create natural curves. However it may be difficult to sand the tight inside areas. The shaft of a screwdriver may be very useful right here. I select one with a radius barely smaller than the curve and wrap sandpaper round it. I take advantage of the shaft to press the paper into the curve, retaining it there whereas I pull the sandpaper within the path of the grain. For curves with a bigger radius, I take advantage of wooden dowels the identical approach. I discover that 3M-brand sandpaper has a robust backing that withstands the stress of many passes. I work my approach via the grits to attain a clean floor prepared for ending.
