The Candle Renaissance has come for the disposable birthday candle. No extra stubby, swirled variations from the grocery store made with synthetic colours (and even worse components—like paraffin wax, which is a petroleum product). Currently we’re paying attention to options that, like probably the most elegant hand-dipped tapers, are made out of beeswax and a bit of extra particular than the baking aisle customary fare.
It’s sufficient to encourage us to get out the birthday candles—or, as they’re being rightfully rebranded, celebration candles—rather more. Associates over for dinner? What a delight to place a candle within the dessert. Made it to Friday? That requires a candle.
